By engaging our services, you enter into a service agreement with CanadaMod3D. This agreement begins when you submit an order through our website, by email, phone, or in person, and we confirm acceptance of your order.
All projects require a signed agreement or written confirmation before work commences. For certain projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work.
3.1 Pricing for our services is provided upon request and is based on the scope, complexity, and timeline of your project. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

3.3 We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and major online payment platforms. Late payments may incur additional fees and result in work suspension.
4.1 Project timelines are provided as estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback, and revisions. We strive to meet all deadlines but cannot guarantee specific completion dates unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
4.2 Digital deliverables are typically provided via secure file transfer. Physical prototypes are shipped to your specified address using reliable carriers, with shipping costs added to your invoice.
4.3 Rush services are available for urgent projects at an additional fee, subject to our current workload and capacity.
5.1 Our standard service includes up to three rounds of minor revisions. Additional revisions or significant changes to the project scope after approval may incur additional charges.
5.2 Requests for changes must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) and will be incorporated based on our current workload and the impact on the project timeline.
6.1 You retain ownership of your original content and materials that you provide to us for the project.
6.2 Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables created by CanadaMod3D for the purposes outlined in our agreement. However, we retain the intellectual property rights to our work methods, techniques, and underlying technologies.
6.3 We may display and use the deliverables in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
We respect the confidentiality of your information and will not disclose confidential information related to your project without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to complete the services.
8.1 We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we do not guarantee that the deliverables will meet specific business goals or revenue expectations.
8.2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
8.3 3D printed prototypes are provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. They are intended for demonstration and visualization only and should not be used in critical applications without proper testing and certification.
9.1 If you wish to cancel a project, you must notify us in writing. Refunds are provided as follows:
9.2 We reserve the right to cancel services if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with written notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If such negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the changes becoming effective. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
